You must be logged in and have editing permission to manage the list of Associated Files for a particular ConPro Record. You will know if you have edit permissions because you will see an "Owner Functions" tab to the right of the other project info tabs (e.g. Basic, Viability, etc.) at the top of your ConPro record. If you don't have edit permissions, contact the Project Contact (or the OU ConPro Contact), and request that they grant you edit access for the project record.
To delete the old diagrams, login to ConPro, go to your project, and click on "Owner Functions" (to the right of "Version History" on the list of tabs below the project name), then on "Contents." Check the box next to the diagram(s) you wish to delete, and hit the delete button.
